Many communities invest heavily in governance training at the beginning of their terms. At Paragon, we believe that there is a significant benefit in “checking in” on how the group approaches governance throughout the term. 
These sessions can be scheduled at any point throughout the term, and act as a way for the group to take a deep breath, reflect on their successes, and, in consultation with their strategic plan, chart a path forward.
We use our proprietary tool “GovRX” to provide Councils and Boards with data on the systems and behaviours that are high functioning, as well as opportunities for improvement.
